CHF International, a US-based development organization is seeking to register construction firms with grade level 3 or 4 qualifications (Indonesian Construction Services Association / LPJK qualification) for the infrastructure implementation for Healthy Markets Program in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
Depending on available funding, contracts are anticipated to be awarded for the construction and rehabilitation of the selected traditional markets in Makassar municipality, with focus in the poultry section area. Contracts may be awarded for steel/concrete structure, integrated water supply and drainage system and waste treatment facility (solid and/or liquid) facility.

 

 
Required Information & qualification :
1.    Contractor firms must have a minimum 5 years and/or demonstrable evidence of having built significant steel/concrete construction for public/private infrastructure in the past 3 years.
2.    Contractor firms located in Makassar (local firms) and/or have a branch office in Makassar (National firms).
3.    Contractor firms with previous experiences in water supply systems, sanitation and waste treatment facilities (solid and/or liquid) is an advantage
4.    List of previously completed construction contracts with dollar value.
5.    Reference form public/private, NGO’s and other agencies/clients.
6.    Company history and office location in Indonesia.
7.    Disclosure of finance systems including taxes and logistic systems for tracking and purchasing.
8.    List of permanent staff members including architects, engineers, technicians, and financial officers.
